HORIZON
skirt systems are designed to minimise the spillage of material
at conveyor loading points. There are two designs available.
The choice will be dependant upon the application and accessibility.
Horizon
Quick Release Skirt System uses clamps on brackets to fix
a length of rubber or polyurethane around the load area
whilst allowing for easy movement.
Horizon
Modular Skirt System uses individual blocks of rubber which
can be fixed into varying positions around the load area,
locked into position, then individually adjusted to maintain
a good seal.
IMPACT BARS & BEDS
HORIZON
Impact Beds and Bars have been specially designed to
provide increased longevity to conveyor belts handling
minerals and aggregates.
Conveyor belts are designed to accommodate longitudinal tension forces but are ill equipped to cater for the high impact forces occurring at material load points.
To
prevent damage and excessive wear Horizon Impact beds
can be fitted beneath the belt in the loading area.
A choice of medium and heavy duty construction is available
to suit every application.
In addition HORIZON Skirt Systems will help minimise spillage of material at conveyor loading points.
