RAPID-PATCH

The reusable, hi-visibility RAPID-PATCH provides an extremely quick, secure means of repairing holes in steel pipes, flat back elbows, silos, chutes, hoppers and other steel structures susceptible to abrasion and combines a flexible abrasion resistant material with powerful magnetic elements.

RAPID-PATCH is simply positioned over the worn out area and is securely held in place magnetically until the next scheduled shut down for maintenance. Designed to reduce downtime, material cost, material loss and cleanup costs associated with highly abrasive conveying systems.

Each RAPID-PATCH comprises a magnetic retainer - a flexible elastomeric material with powerful permanent magnetic elements and each comes with 2 replaceable abrasion
resistant pads - ¼" thick (0.6 cm).

Three Models are available:

RP-711 (Standard) 2 powerful permanent magnetic elements. 11" x 7.5" (28 x 19 cm). weight: 7.5 lbs. (3 kg)

RP-811 (Elbow) 8 powerful permanent magnetic elements. Dimension - 10.75" x 10" (27 x 25 cm). weight: 5 lbs (2 kg).

RP-611 (Mini-Patch) 6 powerful permanent magnetic elements. Dimensions - 6.5" x 8.5"
(16.5 x 21.5 cm). weight: 2.7 lbs (1.2 kg).

RP-611 is designed for smaller diameter piping
e.g. 3" diameter and up.
